The Heat Exchangers production line, the production focus of Tesio Cooling Systems India is concentrated on aluminum plate & bars technology, with a vacuum braze welding process, in a vacuum oven.
The company has a large standardized fleet of fins and turbulators, developed over decades of research and development, useful for configuring a product that responds to low air pressure drops, low water pressure drops, or high heat exchange.
The technical department, starting from the specific desired thermal exchange technical specifications, from the available dimensions, and from the structural and vibrational state required by the system, develops the exchangers by configuring them ad hoc for customers' individual needs.
The design process uses the best software platforms to research the necessary configuration. The heat exchange analysis is performed through internal software and Simcenter and Amesim platforms.
The FEM analyses, carried out internally, allow to optimize the structural configuration of the product.
Once the product has been prototyped, the radiator is validated thanks to internal laboratory tests such as:
