The evaluation of the achieved heat exchange performance, in simulated reality conditions, constitutes the cardinal element and the heart of the research and development of the products.
The internal laboratories have the best technologies and equipment useful to verify the thermal heat exchange in simulated actual conditions.
Once prototyping has taken place, the manufactured product, made in its final configuration, is tested to verify its correspondence between what is calculated by the software with respect to the commissioning of the article in conditions of use
The tests, carried out in our internal laboratories, guarantee the customers that the required heat exchange performances match with what is simulated during the calculation and design phase.
The company is able to internally perform the following laboratory tests on a radiator:
• Tightness test;
• Performance test (hydraulic, aeraulic, thermal characterization);
• Cycle pressure test;
• Verification of burst pressure.
If required, for the cooling units, the company can perform the following tests;
• Vibration test (vibrational status verification);
• Rain test;
