The patented line of modular systems dedicated to Off-Road Vehicles sees the productive focus of Tesio Cooling Systems concentrated on the research and development of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) for railway carriages, buses, trams, and subways through processes organized to meet the requests of the customer. The production core presents all the skills, tools, and equipment necessary to support the design and mechanical construction of the articles according to the agreed product configurations.

The design process uses the best software to research the necessary configuration. The thermal exchange analysis is performed through internal tools and Simcenter and Amesim platforms.
The FEM analyzes, performed internally, allow to optimize of the structural configuration of the product.
Once the product has been prototyped, the system is validated thanks to internal laboratory tests such as:

• Search for the ideal cold spot
• Anti-frost test
• Condensate drain
• Aging
• Shock & vibration
Once the consensus and approval between the process actors from both the customer side and the company’s technical department has been reached, the article is ready to be mass-produced according to the best standards of the reference industrial field.
