Cold plate and CDU design: balance the complete loop
Start with interfaces, coolant compatibility and pressure-drop allocation before committing to a cold plate or liquid-to-liquid core.
ITALIAN ENGINEERING. INDIAN PRECISION.
Custom thermal solutions. Manufactured in Varanasi. Developed with Chennai R&D.
01
Bar-and-plate heat exchangers serve oil, charge-air and coolant duties; complete cooling units integrate the heat exchanger with the specified airflow and mechanical interfaces. Liquid cold plates transfer heat from power electronics into a coolant circuit. Define the fluid, inlet conditions and allowable pressure drop before selecting geometry.
Aluminium cores brazed in vacuum furnaces for oil, water/glycol and air circuits where compactness and fatigue life matter.
Integrated exchanger, fan, motor, frame and controls delivered as a tested module for traction, wind and electrification.
Stacked oil and charge-air sections in one package for screw compressors, off-highway and agricultural machines.
Transformer, gearbox, hydraulic, transmission and lube-oil coolers engineered around flow, pressure drop and vibration.
Liquid cold plates for IGBT converters, drives, HVDC and battery packs. Liquid-to-liquid CDU heat exchangers are assessed as a separate duty.
Modular railway and public-transport HVAC, off-road cab HVAC, complete rooftop systems, Ultra Slim condensers and HVAC control components — engineered around comfort, energy use and serviceability.

Engineering guide
Oil and compressed-air circuits may share an envelope, but require separate thermal, hydraulic and maintenance decisions.

A traction converter cold plate should be specified from its heat sources, coolant circuit and vehicle constraints—not a single headline duty.
